Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not hold inventory or manage physical shipments directly.
Typical production and shipping time is 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
All products sold on www.gakcreations.com are made to order and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers such as Printify. As such, GAK Creations does not hold inventory or manage physical shipments directly.
We are not liable for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies

Minor variations in color, alignment, or print placement due to the nature of print-on-demand production

Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all sales are final unless covered by the exceptions above.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please email us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms loss or damage, we may issue a replacement at no additional cost.
