At GAK Creations, every artwork is produced on demand through our professional print partner, Printify.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Non‑Defective Returns

Because all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


Return Shipping Costs

If an item is defective or damaged, we cover all return or replacement shipping costs.

For non‑defective items, returns are not accepted.
