Return & Exchange Policy

At GAK Creations, every artwork is produced on demand through our professional print partner, Printify.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once received, we will process a replacement immediately.

Non‑Defective Returns

Because all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of preference
• Accidental orders

Each item is produced specifically for your order, so non‑defective returns are not supported.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
Non‑defective exchanges are not available due to the custom nature of production.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Shipping Costs

If an item is defective or damaged, we cover all return or replacement shipping costs.

For non‑defective items, returns are not accepted.

How to Start a Return

• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

We respond within 24–48 hours.

Return Address

Because all products are fulfilled through Printify’s production partners, returns are processed through the appropriate facility.
We will provide the correct return address during your support request.

All artwork is produced on demand.
We stand behind the quality of every piece and will always make it right if something goes wrong.
