• How we fulfill: Orders are produced and shipped by our print partners closest to you to reduce transit times and environmental impact. Processing times and carriers are stated at checkout and on product pages.

• Shipping & returns: We offer tracked shipping and a clear returns window. Defective/damaged items are replaced or refunded per our Returns Policy. Return addresses are listed on the Returns page and in your order confirmation.

• Contact & support: Reach us via email and contact form. We respond within 1–2 business days. For order updates, include your order number.

• Pricing & taxes: Prices are shown in your currency when available. Local taxes or duties may apply and are calculated at checkout where supported.
